Description

Military-grade Hyper-Insulation made with Aerogel and Nano Ceramics, unsurpassed near-vacuum aerospace-grade Thermal Conductivity 0.02 W/mK @ 10 mils dry film thickness (DFT).
Approximately 68% sound deadening properties on coated surfaces. A hyper-performance coating, protecting, and insulating all surfaces inhibiting thermal heat transfer, reducing noise and vibration. Use on the outside of ducting to inhibit thermal heat transfer and reduce noise.
Coverage will be approximately 120 ft²(11.2m²) per gallon at 10 mils (0.254 mm) thickness
TG400 CeramaTherm is self-priming to most any substrate type. Goes on 13.3 mil wet, dries to 10 mil DFT (.25mm/the thickness of five sheets of paper). Comes bright white as standard, tint with water-based tints.
Lightweight, durable, flexible, breathable, waterproof, two-part epoxy Spray.
Used inside and out, on wall & roof surfaces, holding tanks, parking garage ceilings, tilt-up concrete panels, and more. It can be applied for underwater use once cured.
Refrigerated storage building surfaces, cold rooms, reefer trucks, refrigeration units, and piping, to inhibit thermal/energy loss and condensation; also used on sea cans and storage containers.
Use on the bottom and inside of vehicle bodies and marine vessels to prevent thermal transfer.
Bright white is standard, can be tinted in pastel tones using water-based liquid paint pigments.
Made with Aerogel, which is the most insulating product known to man.
Once cured, it can be top-coated with TX420AM HygieniCoat Endura for an antimicrobial finish, or any of the TZ600 Color paint series products.

Product information and ambient cure times:

CeramaTherm is 75% solids.

Approx. Pot Life: 4 to 6 hours at 80 F.

Drying time 1 to 2 hours at 80 F.

Curing time: Initial: 8 hours at 80 F, Complete: 3 days at 80 F.

Example: Apply 13.3 mils (.0133 inches or 0.337 mm) wet to achieve a final dry mil thickness of 10 mils (0.010 inches or 0.254 mm).

If a second coat is needed wait till the first coat is beyond tacky dry, usually 2+ hours in 80 F.

CeramaTherm is sold in 25 gallon kits. Each kit will cover approximately 3,000 square feet 10 mils (0.254 mm) thickness.

An example of the suggested Spray Equipment: Graco 5900 with 0.021 to 0.035 tip size with 3500 PSI capability and typically a reversible self-cleaning tip. Remove all filters from gun and hose, including bung hose.
